Running servers or unauthorized hotspots without approval

Spam & Unsolicited Communication

Engaging in activities that result in network abuse reports or blacklisting

OTT Access Misuse

Sharing OTT credentials with others
Recording or redistributing OTT content without authorization
Using VPNs or proxies to bypass regional content restrictions

3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all users, Mahek Broadband may apply Fair Usage limits on specific plans.
Excessive or continuous heavy usage that affects other customers may result in:

Temporary speed reduction
Bandwidth reallocation
Account suspension (in severe cases)

4. Network Security

Users must take reasonable steps to secure their own devices and Wi-Fi networks.
Mahek Broadband will not be responsible for:

Unauthorized access due to weak passwords or insecure devices
Malware or hacking originating from customer systems

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to IPs or ports that threaten network integrity.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Mahek Broadband reserves the right to:

Monitor network usage for security, performance, and abuse prevention
Suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited or illegal activities
Report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities when required by law
