a) Service Availability

Mahek Broadband provides high-speed fiber and OTT services only in areas covered by our active network.
Before installation, our team will verify coverage and feasibility at your location.

b) Installation Process

  • Installation is carried out within 24–72 working hours after payment confirmation (depending on area and feasibility).
  • A standard setup includes fiber connection, router configuration, and basic signal testing.
  • Customers must provide safe and authorized access to the premises during installation.
  • Our installation team will ensure the best connectivity route for stable performance.

c) Installation Charges

  • Standard installation and activation charges apply as per the current plan.
  • Promotional offers (e.g., Free Installation or Free Router) are valid only under specified plans and must be availed during that offer period.
  • Any extra cabling or accessories beyond the standard package may incur additional cost, which will be communicated beforehand.

d) Equipment & Router Policy

  • Routers or ONTs provided by Mahek Broadband remain our property unless stated otherwise.
  • Customers must ensure safe use of all equipment.
  • In case of cancellation, all issued devices must be returned in working condition.
  • Damage, loss, or non-return of equipment will result in applicable replacement charges.

e) Relocation & Re-installation

  • Customers moving within Mahek Broadband’s service area may request relocation.
  • Relocation charges may apply based on distance, feasibility, and material used.
  • Re-installation timelines depend on area coverage and network availability.

f) Cancellation Prior to Installation

If installation is cancelled before completion, any applicable refund will be processed after deducting feasibility, material, or administrative charges (if incurred).

a) Service Commitment

Mahek Broadband strives to provide consistent, high-speed, and reliable internet access.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service in circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Power failures, fiber cuts, or technical faults
  • Natural disasters or weather-related damages
  • Network congestion or third-party dependency issues (e.g., OTT server downtime)

b) Speed & Performance

Internet speed may vary based on:

  • Network traffic, device configuration, and Wi-Fi range
  • Server location or OTT platform load
  • External websites or applications beyond our network control

The plan speeds advertised represent the maximum attainable speeds under ideal conditions.

c) Third-Party Services & OTT Content

  • OTT platforms such as Disney+ Hotstar, SonyLiv, Zee5, Discovery+ etc., are managed by their respective providers.
  • Mahek Broadband is not responsible for OTT app content, subscriptions, or temporary access disruptions.
  • All OTT logos, trademarks, and content belong to their respective owners.
  • OTT access is provided as part of bundled offers and may change based on provider policies.

d) External Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or payment gateways for your convenience.
Mahek Broadband does not control or endorse the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these external sites.
Users access them at their own risk.

e) Limitation of Liability

Mahek Broadband, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss of data, revenue, or service interruption
  • Any damage to customer devices or network due to misuse or unauthorized configuration
  • Any errors or omissions on our website or third-party links

Use of our services implies that the customer acknowledges these limitations and accepts responsibility for proper usage and maintenance of their equipment.

We may update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
