How to Claim
Claiming is very Important to activate OTT Services.
For Claiming Android users go to the Play Store and iOs users go to the App Store and Download the PlayBox TV App.

After the Download PlayBox TV App Login with the Registered Number (When the mobile number is given by the customer for OTT recharge)
For Disney+ Hotstar → User will receive a sms on his number for activation. The user must click on the link given in the sms and the plan will be activated.
Note: Hotstar card will not be displayed in the subscribe panel on the PlayboxTV app. All other OTT’s will be reflected in the subscribe panel except Hotstar.
HOTSTAR WILL ONLY BE ACTIVATED VIA SMS WHICH THE USER WILL RECEIVE
Some apps like Prime Video, Discovery Plus, Atrangi and Alt Balaji need to apply redemption and promo codes for activation Note: Discovery Plus, Atrangi and Alt Balaji are showing in the Playbox TV app after the claim
