Refunds are always processed to the same payment source you used (bank account, card, or UPI ID), and you’ll be notified once it’s initiated.

Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 working days after verification, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Refunds usually show with the same UTR / Transaction ID as your original payment.

If the refund isn’t showing yet:
- 📸 Take a screenshot of the payment (showing deduction and reference ID).
