Your existing Mahek Broadband router will continue to work perfectly fine when you upgrade — unless you’re moving to a higher-speed plan that needs Dual Band or Wi-Fi 6 support for better performance.
⚙️ 1. When You Don’t Need a New Router
If you are upgrading within the same router capability range:

⚙️ Our team will test your Wi-Fi strength during upgrade. If your current router cannot deliver the new plan speed, a router replacement or upgrade will be recommended.

- Free Router → Provided with qualifying high-speed or OTT plans (50 Mbps–100 Mbps +).
- Paid Upgrade → Available at a discounted price if you want to switch to Dual Band or Wi-Fi 6.
- Customer-Owned Routers → You can use your own compatible router; our engineer will help configure it.

- All routers provided by Mahek Broadband remain company property unless purchased.
- Replaced routers must be returned in good condition during upgrades or disconnection.
- Upgraded routers come preconfigured for your new speed tier.
